Small Change Kids is a small independent publisher of children's picture books that teach life and money lessons through stories.

Refunds

We sell a digital book. When you buy it, the PDF is delivered to your inbox immediately. By completing checkout you confirm that you want immediate access and you agree to waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — the standard arrangement for instant digital downloads.

If your download link doesn't arrive, doesn't work, or the file is corrupt, email hello@smallchangekids.com and we'll send you a fresh copy at no cost.

If you bought the book and your situation has changed, or there's been a genuine misunderstanding, get in touch. We'd rather refund a few people who needed to than turn anyone away.

Privacy

This website doesn't collect or track any personal data. We don't run analytics, advertising tools, or social media pixels. No cookies are set by this site.

When you buy a book, your purchase is processed by Payhip and Stripe. Their privacy policies apply to the data you provide them at checkout. We receive your name, email address, and country of purchase from Payhip in order to fulfil your order and respond to support enquiries. We will not share, sell, or send marketing emails to you using these details unless you opt in to a newsletter separately.

Your rights under UK GDPR — including the right to access, correct, or erase the data we hold — apply at all times. To exercise any of them, email hello@smallchangekids.com.
